Client: School project

Challenge: In Adobe Illustrator, design a Houston Zoo handout of an exotic animal for children (ages 6–12).

Description: I chose my favorite bird, the hyacinth macaw, as the subject. I incorporated elements that I researched from children’s media such as thick strokes, a playful header typeface, and first-person body copy to effectively capture my young audience.
